How do I choose a bracelet size?
Use the measurements in the product description. Measure your wrist with a flexible tape and compare the result with the piece you want. Beaded, rope, tile and chain designs can fit differently.
Are colors exactly the same as the photographs?
The product photographs show the design and color family. Screens and lighting can affect the way a color appears. Patterned beads may vary from piece to piece.
Can I buy a set?
Yes. Our bracelet sets combine selected pieces at the set price shown on the product page. The contents are listed in the product title or description.
How do I track my order?
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your customer account. Tracking updates appear after your carrier scans the parcel.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Changes depend on whether the order has entered fulfillment. We cannot promise a change after dispatch.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Keep the item and packaging while we help arrange the next step.
How do returns work?
Read our returns information and contact the team before sending an item back. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What is the VIP Club?
VIP includes one free item every month from a selection available exclusively to VIP members, plus members-only products and selected offers. Additional purchases are separate. Visit the VIP Club page for full membership terms.
Will a VIP membership renew automatically?
Yes. You pay $29.95 USD at enrollment, then $29.95 USD per month until canceled. Your first membership payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email info@pawsneedlove.com within 14 days of that payment to request a full refund of the membership fee. A waitlist signup or an unpaid cart does not activate membership or authorize a charge.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Use the recipient’s address as the shipping address and your own details for billing. Check both carefully before placing the order.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your pieces dry, avoid direct contact with perfume and cleaning products, and store them separately when not in use. Do not stretch elastic or adjustable cords beyond their intended fit.
Where are the impact updates?
Our impact page will link to documented updates as the PawsNeedLove program is confirmed. Historical results from another brand are not automatically presented as results of this new store.
