Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep account access secure. Orders depend on availability and acceptance. If we cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unfulfilled purchase.

Product pages describe the item and selected variant. Photographs can vary with lighting and screen settings. Jewelry is intended for people; keep small pieces away from children and animals. Follow the care instructions for your item. Prices, taxes, delivery charges and applicable discounts are shown before payment. VIP membership includes one free VIP-exclusive item each month. Other merchandise purchases are charged separately.

Email info@pawsneedlove.com within 14 days of your first membership payment and request a full refund of that membership fee. The guarantee applies to the membership fee; separately purchased merchandise follows our regular product return policy. You may also request cancellation to stop future membership renewals. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
